We are calling on management to increase wages across all jobs, so that we can continue to recruit and retain quality employees in order to provide excellent patient care. We know that all our departments are short staffed, relying on expensive traveler contracts to fill the holes. There are 522 travelers working among us between the two campuses, Hall Health, and Airlift. We will continue to stand united, even as UW proposes incomplete solutions that do not recognize all of us.
